PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS & SERVICES
International Community of Women Living with HIV Eastern Africa (ICWEA) invites applications from competent companies for pre-qualification for the supply of goods, and services as listed in the table below. Interested eligible suppliers are invited to apply for pre-qualification, indicating the category number and category name of goods or services they wish to be considered for.
Please refer to ICWEA website www.icwea.org under opportunities for a detailed category list. Pre-qualification documents shall only be received through online application or hand delivered to our offices.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- An Updated company profile.
- A copy of the Certificate of Registration or incorporation
- A copy of the Memorandum & Articles of Association.
- A copy of Tax clearance Certificate &TIN Number
- Valid trading license/Permit
- Letters of recommendations.
- Bank Account Details in the names of the entity
- Any other document deemed relevant.
SUBMISSION DETAILS
All applications are strictly being uploaded in an online system.Companies are advised to ensure that they upload all necessary documentation otherwise the system will automatically reject. Documents must be received not later than 21st February 2025 at 5:00pm local time. Any application received after the deadline will not be accepted.
