Today parliament is to debate on the Bill, below are a few highlights of what transpired yesterday in Parliament,
1. The Motion for the second reading of the HIV/AIDS Control Bill, 2010 was adopted. Download the HIV Bill here: [Download not found]
2. At Committee stage, the House handled the bill as follows; passed Clause 1 with amendments, stood over Clause 2 and passed Clause 3 & 4.
3. Consideration of the Bill could not continue due to lack of quorum in the House.
